Important Instructions

Before submitting your application, please ensure that you have downloaded and duly filled the relevant form for Educational Scholarship or Financial Aid. Only completed forms along with all required supporting documents will be accepted.
If you have not yet downloaded the forms, you can download here.

• Please register to submit your application in PDF format through this portal.
• Your application must be uploaded as a single PDF file.
• Include all required supporting documents (e.g. CNIC, result cards, fee vouchers, income proof) inside the same PDF.
• Make sure all documents are clear and readable.
• Incomplete or multiple submissions will not be considered.

2. Student's CNIC Card
3. Student's Domicile
4. Father/Guardian's CNIC Card
5. All Previous Degrees/Certificates
6. Fee Voucher of Current Semester
7. Paid Fee Voucher of Previous Semester
8. Electricity Bill of Previous Month
9. Gas Bill of Previous Month

Financial Aid Documents (in order)

1. CNIC Copy
2. Pay Slip (if employed)
3. Rent Agreement or Property Ownership Certificate
4. Latest Gas Bill
5. Latest Electricity Bill
6. Medical Reports (if applying for medical support)
7. Any other relevant documents
